Decision Authoring as a Service Destination (DaAs)

UX Research & UX Design

The objective was to understand user needs and considerations for a decision authoring experience that could enable associates to self service of the creation of a decision enablement and satisfaction.

I assisted the team during the concept mapping stage of the Daas project by reviewing synthesized interview insights and creating a Comparative Matrix to visually assess concept overlaps and guide informed decision-making.

All data and verbatim responses have been scrubbed to ensure the confidentiality of Capital One and to protect the privacy of interviewees.
